I worked alongside sculptor Geoffrey Preston and his team on an elaborate Rococo plasterwork ceiling for Great Fulford, a historic country house in Devon. I was trained in specialist sculpting techniques on the job and contributed to the creation of the decorative plasterwork.
Although sculpture sits outside my usual creative disciplines, this remains one of the most special projects I've worked on — both for the opportunity to learn an entirely new skill and for the experience of working as part of such a wonderful team.
