I was selected for the 2020 Coventry Open with Daphne Feeding the Ducks, a mixed-media piece combining illustration and hand embroidery.
The work was inspired by golden moments spent with my daughter, capturing an ordinary childhood memory through drawing, texture and stitch.
The exhibition was unfortunately cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic, but I was delighted to have the piece selected and exhibited as part of Coventry Open.
